Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Lab Technician with a strong background in USP‑compliant sterile compounding. This role requires advanced technical skill, accuracy, and the ability to maintain strict aseptic technique in a regulated clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Compound sterile medications in compliance with USP standards and internal SOPs
- Accurately interpret prescriptions and generate labels/documentation
- Perform advanced pharmaceutical calculations (dilutions, concentrations, dosing)
- Maintain complete and compliant compounding and dispensing records
- Maintain required logs, environmental documentation, and quality records
- Communicate professionally with pharmacists, providers, patients, and vendors
- Receive, stock, track, and document inventory and materials
- Follow all state/federal laws, USP standards, and HIPAA/PHI requirements
- Follow safe manual handling practices; lift/move materials as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20lbs
- Perform highly precise, repetitive tasks in a strict clinical environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team workflow

Required Qualifications (Experienced Candidates Only)
- Active Texas CPhT license
- Sterile/IV Compounding Certification (required)
- Demonstrate ability in non-sterile compounding, non-sterile to sterile compounding, and competency in sterilization methods
- Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience in a USP‑regulated environment
- Strong understanding of aseptic technique, cleanroom workflow, and sterile processes
- Ability to commute to Irving, TX 75038
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — Las Colinas Pharmacy does NOT sponsor H‑1B or other employment visas

Hours of Operation
- Monday through Friday 8:45 am to 6:30pm
- Saturday hours 9:45am to 3:00pm on rotation
Pay: $21.00 - $26.50 per hour
