Everhome is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy services throughout the Howell and Brighton areas. This role is ideal for clinicians who value independence, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one care.

What You’ll Do
- Complete evaluations, follow-up visits, and discharges in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and independence
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What You’ll Need
- Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
- Strong time management, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned area
