Coordinate with union carpenters, millwork foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers
Lead client communication with a solutions-oriented, transparent approach
Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs; manage change orders
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable codes
Track project financials and provide regular reporting to ownership
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction (carpentry, millwork, or interior fit-out experience a strong plus)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling software, and budgeting
Excellent communication skills — with clients, crews, and ownership alike
Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering results that exceed expectations
Experience working with union labor preferred
