A growing social service agency is seeking dedicated and compassionate licensed behavioral health professionals (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC) to provide direct care, support, educational services, and behavioral health assistance to youth in community‑based settings.
In this role, you will support youth through therapeutic interventions, skill‑building, and individualized care. You will collaborate closely with supervisors, mental health professionals, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high‑quality, coordinated services.
Work Schedule
- Afterschool hours during the academic year
- Daytime hours during summer months and school breaks
- Flexibility required based on youth and program needs
Qualifications
- Active LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Strong communication, engagement, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on an interdisciplinary team
- Commitment to trauma‑informed and youth‑centered care
Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
