Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance workers to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks.

Oversee daily maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and irrigation.

Implement best practices to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces.

Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.

Maintain and inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in safe, working condition.

Report progress and any issues to management, offering solutions as needed.

At least 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance (required).

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in landscape maintenance preferred.

Strong knowledge of lawn care, plant health, irrigation systems, and general maintenance techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to equipment, irrigation, and plant health.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Valid driver's license.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
