We are looking for individuals to become part of our committed Personal Emergency Response Service (PERS) team. This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by delivering crucial help during emergencies, as well as offering care and support when testing their devices.
Hours:
- Full -time, (Expected hours: 37.5 per week)
- 2p-10p
Compensation Details:
- Weekly pay, starting at $17.00
- Pay increase to $17.50 after reaching level 5 dispatcher
- Pay increase to $18.25 after reaching level 6 dispatcher
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Genuine desire to help others
- Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations
- Empathy and excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with seniors
Your key responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound phone calls from customers needing assistance
- Communicate with customers
- Relay information to first responders, when necessary
