Job Summary
Injury Docs Now is seeking an experienced Medical Marketing Representative to grow our referral intake throughout Queens and Brooklyn. This is an outside sales position focused on building and maintaining relationships with personal injury attorneys, Worker's Compensation attorneys and physicians. The ideal candidate is an experienced medical marketer with a proven ability to develop new business, strengthen existing accounts, and drive referral growth.
Please note: This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in medical marketing or physician/attorney relations, and applicants must currently reside in Queens or Brooklyn. Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with personal injury attorneys, physicians, and medical offices throughout Queens and Brooklyn.
- Conduct daily in-person visits to attorneys' offices and healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Identify and cultivate new referral sources while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Represent the company at networking events and corporate functions.
- Promote the company's medical services and communicate the value of our provider network.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, lunch and dinner meetings with attorneys and physicians.
- Track daily marketing activities, referrals, and account updates using the company CRM.
- Work closely with management to develop and execute territory growth strategies.
- Meet or exceed marketing and business development goals.
- Maintain a professional image and provide exceptional customer service to all referral partners.
- Stay informed on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of the personal injury and workers' compensation markets.
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Marketer (required)
- Strong knowledge of the personal injury and workers' compensation industry
- Established relationships with attorneys, physicians, and medical offices in Queens and Brooklyn preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong sales, networking, and business development skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must reside in Queens or Brooklyn
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
