Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical teams to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Participate in intake procedures, patient assessments, and ongoing behavioral health evaluations to support comprehensive care.

- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral health practices and interventions.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of behavior analysis.
Requirements
- Valid Board Certification as an BCBA is required.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with children in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and medical documentation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- A compassionate approach towards individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Broward/ Miami-Dade School Badge and In-Person CPR Required
