Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Painting Project Manager/Estimator to lead and coordinate painting projects from initial bid to project completion. Duties
- Prepare accurate and competitive paint estimates
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets by interpreting blueprints, schematics, and contracts.
- Manage all phases of painting projects including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and work progresses according to plan.
- Review blueprints and schematics thoroughly to identify potential issues early and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor project progress regularly, update schedules, track costs, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Lead project meetings to facilitate communication among team members and resolve any issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately.
- Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of painting processes within commercial or industrial projects.
- Excellent project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and resource coordination.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and site supervision practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
