Full Arch Dental Designer

Done In One is a multi-location full-arch dental implant group with an in-house CAD/CAM lab. We deliver fixed provisionals the same day as surgery. You'll design in exocad for our own doctors, in our own building, on cases happening that day.
Responsibilities
- Design screw-retained full-arch provisionals and definitives in exocad (PMMA, zirconia, hybrid)
- Work from intraoral scans, desktop scans, and photogrammetry captures
- Support same-day immediate-load cases on a surgical schedule
- Set VDO, occlusion, emergence profile, tissue contour, and cantilever on every case
- Nest and queue files for milling and printing; manage the production queue
- Coordinate directly with surgeons and restorative doctors, including chairside
- Final QC before delivery; troubleshoot fit and occlusion issues
- Maintain implant libraries, design templates, and case records
Requirements
- 2+ years dental CAD design experience with full-arch implant volume
- Proficiency in exocad DentalCAD
- Working knowledge of multi-unit abutments, Ti-bases, scan bodies, and implant libraries
- Solid grasp of occlusion and full-arch prosthetic design
- On-site in Boca Raton, full-time
Preferred
- CDT certification
- Milling, sintering, and resin printing experience
- Photogrammetry (iCam4D, PIC, or similar)
- Removable/denture setup background
- In-office or chairside lab experience
