Holé Smokes is a BBQ restaurant inCosta Mesa. We smoke all our meats in house with a blend of oak and pecan wood. Our tagline is "Brisket Smoked Right." We are searching for servers to handle our 50 seat dining room, 20 seat beer/wine bar, and 30 seat patio.
CASH TIP OUT DAILY
Must be 21 or older to apply due to pouring of beer and wine.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry, with a strong background in restaurant operations and customer service
- Proficiency in working with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle food preparation, bussing, and guest services efficiently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to upsell and provide excellent hospitality
- Basic math skills and experience with cash register operations
- Culinary experience and kitchen operations knowledge is a plus
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience and the ability to upsell to customers
