Lobby Attendant
Compensation: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
CSG seeking a friendly, attentive, and detail oriented Lobby Attendant to join our CSG team in the most prestigious boutique hotel in Napa Valley. As the first impression for many of our guests, the Lobby Attendant plays an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and welcoming atmosphere of our lobby and public spaces. This position requires a passion for hospitality, a proactive approach to guest service, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel.

Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel lobby, entrance, hallways, elevators, restrooms, meeting spaces, and other public areas.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize all assigned public spaces throughout the shift.

Clean and restock public restrooms with towels, tissue, soap, and other guest amenities.

Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed.

Monitor entrances and lobby areas to ensure they remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Respond promptly to spills, accidents, and other housekeeping requests to maintain a safe environment.

Assist guests with general requests by providing courteous, professional, and personalized service while directing inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.

Maintain housekeeping closets, storage rooms, and supply carts in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition.

Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report maintenance concerns, damage, safety hazards, lost and found items, or suspicious activity to a supervisor immediately.

Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping, Front Desk, and Engineering teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Follow all hotel policies, sanitation procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

Minimum of one (1) year of experience in housekeeping, public area cleaning, lobby attendant, janitorial, or hospitality services preferred.

Previous experience in a boutique, luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, guest-focused attitude.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently without compromising quality.

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safe handling procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
