The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting and detailing, with a focus on precision and quality.

Position Summary
Primary paint touch-up, defect correction, and general detailing of automotive-quality finish
Position Responsibilities
- Paint touch-up and defect correction
- Painting responsibilities (caulking, touch up, paint prep. work and general painting)
- General assembly work as needed
- All workmanship to comply with established company standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to correct deficiencies in finish painted surfaces
- Ability to do light body work and metal prep
- Ability to do masking and prep. for painting
- Ability to do finish paint work
- Experience in safely operating power tools (buffers, sanders, etc.)
- Detail oriented with a drive for quality work output
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 100lb.
- Constantly alternating standing and walking
- Repeated and sustained grip with moderate force and torque
- May stand, stoop, bend, kneel, or lay on creeper while painting
- Must be able to safely use step ladders or truck installed climbing systems to gain access to upper areas of trucks
