Scheduling: Our commitment to supporting our Caregivers extends to providing 24/7 at-home care to our clients, offering a diverse range of shift availability through weekly scheduling.
As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Attend to clients’ non-medical needs, providing companionship and social engagement
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, etc.)
Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish effective communication and professional relationships with clients, family members, and co-workers
Deliver reliable care by being punctual and consistently attentive to our clients
Hiring Process:
Qualifications:
No experience required. Willing to train the right candidate.
Currently trained PCA or CNA welcome to start right away
Must be able to pass a background check
If the applicant works transportation shifts, the applicant must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
