Position Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for overall tenant relations and customer-service performance of our residential and commercial portfolio. This role sets the standard for the Property Management team, ensures policies and procedures are followed, and serves as the primary escalation point for tenant issues. The Property Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain high accountability, and ensure consistent execution of all resident relations and court proceedings.
Portfolio & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the RE360 portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and service standards across the PM team.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for complex tenant issues, legal matters, and operational challenges.
- Process all tenant security deposits and respond accordingly.
- Attend court for any landlord tenant or PLI cases.
- Ensure all tenant delinquencies are addressed and you maintain a low delinquent status.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure corrective actions are completed.
- Own New acquisition process. This entails meeting new residents, setting up tenant portals, sending new leases to acquired tenants.
- Handle all PLI / HD Notices we receive and see them to completion.
- Own the out of season turnover process due to lease breaks, evictions and MTM leases.
Leadership & Team Oversight
- Ensure proper coverage, responsiveness, and follow-through across the team.
- Partner with Leasing, Maintenance, Accounting, and Construction teams to ensure seamless operations.
Resident Relations & Customer Service
- Maintain a high standard of tenant communication and professionalism.
- Address escalated resident concerns, disputes, and service failures promptly and effectively.
- Ensure timely responses to tenant inquiries and urgent issues.
- Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation within property management systems.
Availability & Responsiveness (Mandatory)
- Maintain availability after hours and on weekends.
- Be responsive on Slack and other communication platforms during evening hours and weekends.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of residential property management experience required.
- Prior experience managing a teams and/or large portfolios required.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and local compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills and follow-through.
- Proficiency with Appfolio and Google Workspace preferred.

Work Environment & Expectations
- This is an in-person, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA. Hybrid or remote work is not available for this role.
- Evening and weekend availability for urgent matters is necessary
- The role demands reliability, urgency, and a high level of ownership over outcomes.
