About the Role
We are looking for a precision-focused CNC Mill Machinist to join our high-tech manufacturing facility. You will leverage your expertise in 5-axis machining to produce mission-critical aerospace components, ensuring every part meets rigorous quality standards while optimizing production workflows.
Responsibilities-
Execute complex setups and operate 5-axis CNC milling centers to manufacture high-tolerance aerospace parts.

Translate intricate engineering blueprints and technical specifications into finished, high-quality hardware.

Apply advanced GD&T principles to verify part geometry and maintain strict dimensional accuracy.

Optimize machining efficiency by managing tooling selection, offsets, and machine adjustments.

Perform comprehensive inspections using precision metrology tools to guarantee conformance to design requirements.

Partner with engineering staff to refine manufacturing processes and troubleshoot production challenges.

Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to ensure consistent operational excellence.
Qualifications-
Proven experience operating 5-axis CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs).

Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints.

Strong command of shop math, including practical geometry and trigonometry.

Demonstrated expertise in applying GD&T standards to high-precision machining.

Hands-on experience with 3-axis or 4-axis CNC milling equipment.
