MentalBlkMom, Inc. (MBM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on peer support, community wellness, and empowerment for Black mothers. Behind every program and community event is a whole lot of behind-the-scenes work — and we need an organized, detail-loving intern to help keep it all running.
This is a volunteer position with the potential to transition into a stipend as the organization grows. It's a great fit for students or early-career professionals looking for real nonprofit operations experience and direct executive support exposure.

- Create and manage community surveys (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools)
- Organize and manage digital files and shared drives
- Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director

- Support program logistics for MBM events and community initiatives
What we're looking for
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, nonprofit management, public health, or related field
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms) or Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable and self-directed — able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting
- Interest in nonprofit work, mental health equity, or community wellness
What you'll gain
- Direct experience supporting a nonprofit executive leader
- Hands-on exposure to nonprofit operations, program management, and data systems
- Mentorship from a founder with 8+ years in financial services and community wellness
