We're Hiring: Experienced Project Manager
Graphic House, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead our Project Management Department while overseeing complex custom signage projects from order through installation.
This is a key leadership position responsible for managing our team of Project Coordinators, improving department processes, creating accountability, and ensuring projects move efficiently through every stage of production. We are looking for someone who doesn’t just manage projects—but someone who builds systems, develops people, and continually improves how work gets done.

Responsibilities
Department Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Coordinators.
· Establish accountability and ensure company procedures and project management standards are consistently followed.
· Monitor team workloads and assign resources effectively.
· Conduct regular project review meetings and provide coaching to improve team performance.
· Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project Management
· Oversee multiple custom manufacturing projects from order entry through installation.
· Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet customer expectations.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers and internal stakeholders.
· Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact schedules or customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate closely with Sales, Drafting, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Installation to ensure seamless project execution.
Process Improvement
· Evaluate and improve project management workflows and procedures.
· Develop standardized processes that improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across departments.
· Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations.
· Create measurable performance standards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
· Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce errors, improve productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with leadership to improve operational performance.
· Ensure complete project handoffs from Sales through Production.
· Facilitate communication between departments to keep projects moving forward.
· Support strategic initiatives that contribute to the company’s continued growth.
QualificationsRequired
· Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Management, Construction Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of five years of project management experience.
· Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
· Proven experience improving processes and implementing operational efficiencies.
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience.
· Experience in manufacturing, construction, architectural products, or custom fabrication.
· ERP and project management software experience.
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
