Job Description: We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Teacher Assistants. As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our lead teachers in providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for children to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Supervise and engage with children in various educational and play activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children preferred.
- Caring, flexible, hardworking, diligent, creative, and fun-loving attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
