The Lead provides support to our call center team by assisting with training, complex caller requests, phone system updates, and EHR workflow processes. The Lead will answer and directs patient calls throughout the day. This is an in-office position in our Camp Hill administrative office location.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday/ 7:30am - 4pm.
Education/ Experience:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years work in a medical setting or call center. Experience in a leadership role strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prioritize work flows and processes to meet time constraints
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
