- Commitment to weekend (especially Saturdays/sundays) and nights.

- An eye for artistic plate presentation.

BOH Line Cook
- Culinary experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train you!
- Willingness to support and collaborate with coworkers.
- Knife skills for prep are a bonus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
