Ransom Ridge Winery & Farm Market is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of Northeastern Pennsylvania's most exciting new hospitality destinations.
This is a unique opportunity to help launch and lead a premier winery, restaurant, farm market, coffee shop, and event destination from the ground up. We are looking for an energetic, hands- on leader who thrives on building great teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and creating a positive workplace culture.
About the Role
The General Manager will oversee the daily operations of the entire property, including:
● Restaurant and bar operations
● Winery tasting room
● Farm Market and retail store
● Coffee and ice cream operations
● Staffing, scheduling, and team development
● Financial performance and labor management
● Guest satisfaction and service excellence
● Inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
● Event coordination and operational execution
What We're Looking For:
● Proven leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, winery, hotel, or retail
management
● Strong organizational and communication skills
● Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing employees
● Experience managing budgets, labor, and inventory
● Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
● Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to excellence
