What You’ll Do
- Help clients buy, sell, and lease properties
- Conduct showings, open houses, and market analysis
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Market listings using digital and traditional strategies
- Build client relationships and maintain CRM records
- Stay up to date on market trends and regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Real estate license (preferred, not required)
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and coachable
- Willing to travel within the Metro area
Compensation
- Commission-based (no income cap)
- Typical earnings: $52K–$63K+ annually, based on production
Location & Schedule
- Hybrid remote (Twin Cities Metro)
- Monday–Friday + weekends as needed
