Job Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | Weekends as needed
- Expected Hours: 10–40 per week
- Location: Hybrid remote in Minneapolis–St. Paul and surrounding areas
- Willingness to Travel: Up to 25% (Preferred)
- Compensation: Based on production
- Typical earnings range: $52,459 – $63,177+ annually
- No income cap – earnings grow with your business

Duties once you have your real estate license
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and legal standards
- Develop and implement marketing strategies using online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to maximize property exposure
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using organizational tools and CRM systems
- Stay informed about local market trends, property values, zoning laws, and real estate law updates to provide accurate advice
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Experience
- Previous experience in real estate sales or property management is advantageous but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse client bases
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships
- Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate markets and digital advertising platforms
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws ensures compliant practices
- Organizational skills with administrative experience necessary for managing multiple listings and client files efficiently
