Position Summary
Press Gold Group is seeking a Client Support Specialist to manage relationships with assigned clients by providing exceptional payroll, HRIS, and customer support. This position serves as a trusted advisor to clients by assisting with payroll processing, system support, troubleshooting, reporting, and ongoing optimization of HR technology solutions.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, payroll knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. While payroll experience is preferred, we place a higher value on personality, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. We believe the right attitude and commitment to exceptional client service are just as important as prior experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and payroll support.
- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online support channels to provide guidance, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll, employee, and company information.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other related software applications.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
