About Us
We are a 503A pharmacy focused on compounding and dispensing patient-specific medications, including both sterile and non-sterile preparations. Our operations are built around accuracy, consistency, and maintaining a high standard across all areas of the pharmacy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Verify prescriptions, patient-specific compounded preparations, and dispensing documentation prior to release
- Ensure accuracy of order entry, labeling, and final packaging before shipment or pickup
- Review and approve formula worksheets, batch records, and supporting documentation as needed
- Oversee technician workflow within fulfillment to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Confirm compounding calculations and ingredient selection align with each prescription
- Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy standards and internal procedures throughout the verification and dispensing process
- Support daily operations to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
What You Bring
- Active Florida Pharmacist license (required)
- Compounding experience (sterile and/or non-sterile) preferred
- Experience with LifeFile pharmacy management system preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Solid understanding of pharmacy operations and regulatory expectations
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively within a team
