We're looking for motivated, passionate ASWs/AMFTs who genuinely want to achieve excellence as a clinicians. Our practice specializes in helping real people overcome real hardship, rebuild hope, and move forward after some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
The offered position is not for everyone as it often involves high exposure to individuals who have sustained significant traumas and catastrophic injuries.
Growing exceptional clinicians is one of our top priorities. You will receive advanced triadic clinical training, support, and supervision that meets BBS requirements for licensure.
What the role looks like:
- Part-time position with direct clinical counseling and behavioral services for our chronic pain/industrial injury patient population
- Manageable caseload of 15–21 patients per week
- Flexible schedule — set your own hours and hold sessions remotely.
- Administrative support that actually supports you — our team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, and paperwork, so you can spend your time and energy on what matters most: your patients

What We're Looking For:
- Current, active California ASW or AMFT registration with the CA BBS
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing 1:1 clinical psychotherapy with adults
- A caring, compassionate, and personable demeanor
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport via telemedicine
- Ability to complete progress notes in a timely manner
- Experience completing bio-psycho-social intakes
- EMDR certification/experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish fluency a plus, though not required

Pay: $43.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 21.0 per week
