Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients with their inquiries, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from initial contact through follow-up
- Conduct thorough patient intake assessments, including medical history review and documentation of health goals
- Educate patients on peptide therapies, anti-aging treatments, and related wellness programs, emphasizing benefits and safety protocols
- Coordinate appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up visits using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and EHR (Electronic Health Record) platforms
- Collaborate with medical providers to facilitate discharge planning, case management, and treatment adjustments based on patient progress
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy
- Support administrative tasks such as verifying insurance coverage, CPT coding, ICD-10/ICD-9 coding for procedures, and managing patient records efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in patient service roles within healthcare settings such as hospitals and/or Anti-aging clinics
- Strong knowledge of Peptides, IV therapy and medical weight loss
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA compliance standards, and medical coding including CPT coding and ICD classifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients clearly and empathetically
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certifications or experience in medical weight-loss, anti-aging protocols and peptides with a passion for anti-aging innovations. Pay: $24.57 - $30.00 per hour
