Job Description:
Seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Legal Assistant / Mail Clerk to join our fast-paced Texas litigation practice. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the timely processing of legal correspondence and court filings while providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple time-sensitive responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to consistently meet daily deadlines. Because many court filings and legal notices are time-sensitive, accuracy and reliability are essential.
This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office position and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in the legal field. Successful employees gain valuable experience working alongside attorneys and experienced litigation paralegals while learning legal procedures, court operations, and law office management. Prior legal experience is not required—we are happy to train the right candidate who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn.
Our firm represents institutional clients in specialized areas of Texas tax and foreclosure litigation. Because we do not market to the general public or accept consumer-facing matters, we maintain a limited public presence.
