Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial analytics.
- Analyze profitability, pricing, margins, customer performance, and business trends.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Support month-end close, reconciliations, commissions, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee financial controls, SOPs, inventory valuation, costing, and audit support activities.
Qualifications for the Finance Manager:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Progressive experience across accounting, finance, and FP&A functions.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel analytics experience.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, and KPI development.
