- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Shop System Experience
Job Description Role and Responsibilities
- CNC Machining
- Setup and operate CNC equipment, possess the ability to perform complex setups on both manual and CNC routers.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, machining instructions, and written and verbal instructions to execute work orders both accurately and efficiently.
- Perform manual machining functions with Jointer, Drill Press, and Routing Tables.
- Quality
- Constantly checks the quality of both finish part and WIP, reporting any defects to the GM.
- Utilize E2 Shop System to clock in and out of jobs while recording accurate information.
- Uses provided measuring tools to ensure all tolerances are met.
- Cleanliness
- Constantly works to ensure that workstation is cleared and cleaned at the end of shift.
- Ensures that all equipment is placed back in original position after use.
- Safety
- Wear proper safety equipment and always comply with company safety rules.
