Job Responsibilities:
Enhancement Crew Leader
-Lead and oversee a crew in performing landscape enhancements, including planting, mulching, bush trimming, seasonal color installs, hardscape features, and property upgrades.
-Ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to company quality standards.
-Train and mentor crew members in proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
-Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure project expectations are met.
-Operate and maintain landscape equipment, tools, and vehicles.
-Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and job site progress.
Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader
-Lead and oversee a crew in performing lawn maintenance, including mowing, string trimming, weed pulling, blowing off of hard surfaces, and property upgrades.
-Ensure properties are completed efficiently, on time, and to company quality standards.
-Train and mentor crew members in proper lawn maintenance techniques and safety procedures.
-Communicate with clients and supervisors to ensure expectations are met.
-Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment, tools, and vehicles.
-Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and job site progress.
What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years of experience in landscape enhancements, installation, or maintenance.
-Leadership experience managing a crew or team.
-Knowledge of maintenance services, equipment, and proper service techniques.
-Ability to read and execute crew schedules.
-Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus).
-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs.
