Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas following established standards
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a spotless environment
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
- Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste disposal and deep cleaning of surfaces and fixtures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment for various surfaces
- Assist with special cleaning projects like industrial cleaning or deep sanitation when required
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial equipment is essential
- Experience with hospitality operations or hotel environments will be advantageous
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning procedures and custodial responsibilities is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Demonstrated ability to follow safety protocols and maintain high standards of hygiene
- Prior housekeeping management experience is beneficial for supervisory or team lead roles
