Duties
- Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, and other confections, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Handle food safely by following strict food safety management protocols and proper food handling procedures.
- Assist in food preparation tasks across the kitchen, supporting overall food production goals in a high-volume setting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation & baking.
- Skilled in knife handling, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment operation
- Experience working in the food industry, including restaurant or catering environments with high-volume production demands.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and team members.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and instructions accurately while maintaining efficiency under pressure.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
