Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of Commercial Box trucks.
- Load and unload freight with precision, ensuring cargo integrity and safety during transit.
- Drive route-specific deliveries while maintaining punctuality and adhering to traffic laws and safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify truck condition, report any issues promptly, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage documentation such as delivery and Pickup tickets and inspection reports accurately and efficiently.
- All vehicles are automatic transmissions.
- Communicate effectively with the staff and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial driving .
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL)- C Class.
- Experienced and Physically able to load and unload carts of freight
- Ability to perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on trucks.
