Our northeast valley location has positions opened for Line Cooks for the night shift. Must have previous experience, preferably in Mexican Food.

We are looking for reliable, dependable, punctual individuals, who are self-motivated, have attention to detail, and are able to multi-task.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Maintain line in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner
- Adhere to all health-code rules and regulations
- Assist with routine temperature checks
- Responsible for temperature control of all hot and cold held foods
- Correctly prepares orders received
- Communicates with grill or line cooks to coordinate the timeliness of all items on ticket
- Is responsible for portion control; by means of weight or measurement
- Plate presentation - ensures all orders going out are in accordance with specs
- Arranges orders on line in order, grouping together by tickets using toothpick system to identify meat choices
- Replenishes line items as needed
- Communicates with serving staff regarding 86'd items etc.
- Maintains equipment and immediately reports any functional or mechanical issues to a supervisor or manager-on-duty
- Is responsible for breaking down of line at the end of shift and properly cooling foods, and cleaning equipment
- Completes all side-work and cleaning at end of shift
- Assists with other tasks as needed or assigned by supervisor or manager-on-duty
