FactRight is seeking a Senior Due Diligence Analyst to evaluate alternative investment offerings for wealth management clients. We are especially interested in attorneys who are seeking a non-traditional career path and want to apply their legal expertise, analytical thinking, research abilities, and writing skills in the retail financial services industry.
Duties will include:
· Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews of alternative investment offerings by analyzing offering memoranda, governance documents, third-party reports, and industry research.
· Evaluate investment terms, asset performance and condition, financial underwriting, and other key considerations across commercial real estate, oil & gas, private credit, private equity, and other alternative asset classes and strategies.
· Analyze complex investment structures and transactions to identify, assess, and communicate material risks and other key considerations.
· Compose technical due diligence reports based upon the review and analysis.
· Leverage due diligence findings to help wealth managers make informed decisions for their clients
· Project manage assigned due diligence reviews.
· Perform quality control to support reviews of other team members.
· Represent company at industry conferences and client meetings.

Qualifications:
· J.D. from accredited law school.
· Relevant experience in financial services, investment banking, private equity, alternative investments, commercial real estate, corporate governance, or related legal fields is preferred. Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
