About the Role -
Skeps is a blockchain-based SaaS company transforming how lenders and merchants connect to help consumers finance the things that matter most. We're looking for a driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end product experience, from onboarding new accounts to shaping the long-term roadmap. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Business — ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems and translating data and business goals into features that create real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead new account kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to product management
- Build a strong understanding of the business to enable effective service delivery
- Plan and manage deployment timelines, and drive efficient in-house execution
- Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals into a clear, high-quality product roadmap
- Define, measure, and share critical metrics to track product success in the market
- Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve problems and create new opportunities
- Track product usage and business impact on a regular basis, and recommend strategies for improvement
- Work with Business Heads to align on feature priorities, milestones, and delivery dates
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience, combining deep technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple projects at once
- Solid understanding of data management principles and practices
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear terms for stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho, or Zendesk
- Working knowledge of APIs is a must
- Comfortable working with a globally distributed team; highly self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator, able to convey product plans, benefits, and results to both internal stakeholders and customers
- Solid grasp of technology with the ability to think from a business perspective when needed
- Experience in credit or lending is a plus
Pay: $108,393.97 - $130,538.98 per year
