Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (Primary Care – Outpatient)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No nights or weekend call)

Compensation: $80.00 – $85.00 per hour

About the Role:
A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County is seeking a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care services in an outpatient setting.
This role is part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine Physicians, Pediatricians, Internists, Endocrinologists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide women’s health and primary care services in an outpatient setting
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and preventive screenings
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate specialty referrals as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR
- Support the organization’s mission of delivering equitable healthcare services
Bilingual English/Spanish required:
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) required
- Active California Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum one (1) year of experience as a certified NP (clinical rotations do not qualify)
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (must be able to conduct full patient assessments in Spanish without an interpreter)
