Position: Filler Operator
Pay: $18.00/hr
Shift: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday (overtime flexibility required)

Description:
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Filler Operator for our manufacturing client in Alsip, IL. This temporary contract position offers the potential to become full-time, with comprehensive benefits available upon hire!

Responsibilities:
- Fill finished batches into packaging containers following proper procedures
- Ensure closure specifications and labeling requirements are met accurately
- Label finished cartons and assemble pallets correctly
- Complete paperwork precisely and utilize weight scales and filling equipment
- Operate forklift and handle moving and lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift/move 50 lbs. frequently
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Background check and drug screen required
Skills:
- General warehouse skills
- Experience with filling and packaging operations
- Ability to operate forklift and handling equipment
- Attention to detail and safety awareness
