Duties
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including oil changes, fluid replacements, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs
- Perform automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately and efficiently
- Carry out mechanical repairs using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and safety
- Support heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle maintenance and repair
- Maintain detailed service records, documenting all work performed for each vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and answering vehicle-related questions
Requirements
- Some mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform automotive fluid replacements, oil changes, tire services, and minor mechanical repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes with a focus on safety and quality standards
