Skyscraper Marketing is expanding in Concord, and we're hiring a full-time Sales Team Lead to support our growing wireless campaign. This Sales Team Lead opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build leadership experience while supporting retail campaigns, promotional events, and overall business growth.
As a Sales Team Lead, you'll spend time working directly with customers, learning how successful promotional campaigns are executed, and developing the skills needed to support and motivate a team. Every Sales Team Lead starts by building a strong foundation in customer engagement, communication, and campaign performance before taking on greater leadership responsibilities.
What You'll Do as a Sales Team Lead
- Represent wireless services at retail campaigns and promotional events while creating positive customer experiences
- Help customers evaluate service options and identify solutions that fit their needs
- Support team initiatives designed to improve customer engagement, event performance, and campaign results
- Assist with onboarding and development activities for newer team members
- Track performance goals and help maintain accountability standards
- Help coordinate campaign activities and maintain a professional event presence
- Gain hands-on leadership experience while continuing to work directly with customers
- Contribute to individual and team performance goals as a Sales Team Lead
