Argenta Counseling + Wellness is growing and seeking experienced Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) licensed in Arkansas to join our team.
What We Are Looking For
- Active Arkansas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate clinical experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
- Commitment to strong documentation and ethical practice standards
- Ability to manage a caseload with the support of our clinical and administrative teams
- Experience with trauma, couples counseling, anxiety, depression, relationships, or other outpatient concerns preferred
