Duties
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including HydraFacial, Dermaplane, Back treatment.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, documenting treatments and client preferences thoroughly.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and aftercare to promote long-term skin health.
- Support sales efforts by recommending retail products that complement treatment plans and meet client needs.
Experience
- Valid state licensure as an Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and relaxing client experience.
- Familiarity with sanitation protocols, infection control standards, and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Experience working with EMR systems for accurate record-keeping of treatments and client information.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
