Our local maintenance team is ready to welcome a new member to the crew. We service multiple apartment buildings and a handful of rental homes: everything from general work orders to apartment remodel turnovers. We are a family owned and operated company that respects work/life balance for our team members while providing well managed and maintained housing for our tenants.
We are looking for:
- A team player who also works well independently.
- A good communicator who is able to stay on task through completion.
- A person with a valid drivers license and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Maintenance experience is required, but we're also willing and able to train the right person into additional skills.
- CPO and HVAC certifications are a bonus.
Although your day-to-day tasks will vary, a general outline of duties includes:
- Completing maintenance service requests and general property repairs and maintenance.
- Apartment turnovers including painting, flooring, installing fixtures and cabinetry.
- Initial look at plumbing, electric, HVAC, and appliance issues.
Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
