POSITION OVERVIEW
*As a part-time HVAC Instructor, you'll bring your field experience into the classroom and lab, helping students gain the practical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the HVAC industry. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to give back to the trade while enjoying a flexible schedule and meaningful work.
Daytime and evening positions are available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver hands-on HVAC-R training in classroom and lab settings
- Demonstrate industry-standard installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques
- Mentor and motivate students as they develop technical and professional skills
- Promote a safe and engaging learning environment
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Help prepare students for successful careers in the HVAC field
QUALIFICATIONS
- HVAC industry experience (residential and commercial required)
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentoring and helping others succeed
- Commitment to workplace and laboratory safety
- No college degree required
- No teaching experience required
