We are currently seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Enexia Pharmacy Group is a patient centric organization that provides specialty, compounding and retail services to hospice and long-term care patients. We pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service in our industry.
Duties:
- Collect information needed to fill a prescription from customers or health professionals
- Organize inventory and alert pharmacists to any shortages of medications or supplies
- Accept payment for prescriptions and process insurance claims
- Enter customer or patient information, including any prescriptions taken, into a computer system
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Perform prescription claims adjudications for all pharmacy insurance programs.
- Serve as liaison between the pharmacists and other medical professionals as appropriate

Salary Based Upon Experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Pharmacy or medical billing: 2 years (Preferred)
