ABOUT THE POSITION
Mobile RV Repair Now Inc. is a growing mobile RV repair company serving customers throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
We are looking for a dependable, organized person to help manage customer leads, follow-ups, estimates, scheduling, and everyday administrative work.
We have a large number of current and previous customer leads. We need someone who can keep the CRM accurate, communicate with customers, track unfinished work, and make sure good opportunities do not get forgotten.
This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys organizing information, solving everyday problems, and seeing the direct results of their work. The position can grow into a larger role as the company expands and the right person learns the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep customer and lead information accurate and organized in the CRM.
- Respond to new leads and follow up with previous customers.
- Collect customer names, contact information, service addresses, RV information, photos, and repair details.
- Keep track of where every lead and customer stands and what needs to happen next.
- Prepare estimates, invoices, contracts, and other documents using company templates.
- Make sure estimates are reviewed, approved, sent, and followed up on.
- Help maintain the schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and follows work through to completion.
- Communicate routine updates to customers by phone, text, and email.
- Coordinate job information and scheduling details with our technician.
- Track deposits, unpaid invoices, missing information, and unfinished tasks.
- Keep the owner informed about urgent issues and decisions that require attention.
- Review older leads and restart conversations with customers who may still need service.
- Make sure calls, messages, appointments, estimates, and customer decisions are properly recorded in the CRM.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Experience with administration, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, estimates, invoices, construction, home services, or field service businesses is helpful.
RV experience is not required.

COMPENSATION
$20 to $25 per hour depending on experience, reliability, judgment, and ability to independently move work forward.
In addition to hourly pay, this position includes a performance-based revenue bonus for qualified customers you personally help move from lead to scheduled, completed, and paid job. The more customers you successfully move through the system, the more you can earn.
