Job Summary
We have a small, young, upbeat team of painters at Top Rock and are looking for an energetic addition. You need to have good attention to detail and be willing to work with your hands all day.
Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation including sanding, scraping, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Support painting activities using brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other hand or power tools.
- Set up ladders safely for high or hard-to-reach areas, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean work area by organizing tools, disposing of debris properly, and adhering to safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection.
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction site activities is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong physical stamina for standing, climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working at heights safely.
- Excellent attention to detail! We do quality work, not sloppy work.

- Work outdoors during the warmer months.
- Ability to commute to sites around Helena.
