The Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in the daily operation of the facility by delivering excellent customer service, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting overall operational efficiency. Advanced team members may also assist with membership sales, account management, and kiosk support.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Explain wash packages, services, and membership options.
- Prepare and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout the property.
- Clean vacuum stations, empty trash receptacles, and restock supplies as needed.
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns to management.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting when appropriate.
- Complete all required training and certification programs within established timeframes.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and exceptional customer experience.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout a shift.

- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Work Environment
This position is performed primarily outdoors and involves working around moving vehicles and operational equipment. Team members should be prepared to work in changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind. Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required when handling cleaning products or performing certain job duties.
