Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Ecommerce Intern to support our Digital Commerce team across site operations, ecommerce merchandising, and digital marketing execution. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in how a fast-paced consumer brand operates across ecommerce, site management, marketing support, and cross-functional execution.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Ecommerce Merchandising with a dotted line to the Director of Ecommerce and will support a range of backend, operational, and coordination tasks that help keep the business running efficiently. This is a part-time, non-exempt position based at our Carlsbad, CA headquarters, with an expected schedule of up to 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Support backend data maintenance and administrative work within Shopify and other ecommerce tools

Assist with product, collection, and site-related updates to ensure accuracy and organization across the ecommerce experience

Provide backend support for site operations, including executional tasks, data upkeep, and general platform administration

Maintain and send traffic links for digital marketing campaigns and activations

Help coordinate administrative support around influencers and content creators

Assist with moderating and managing product reviews, quizzes, and other customer-facing site content

Help maintain trackers, project plans, and team workflows in tools such as Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Excel

Take on ad hoc administrative, project, and execution support tasks as needed to improve team efficiency and help move priorities forward
Qualifications:

Recent college graduate, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, communications, merchandising, ecommerce, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, and consumer brands

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets

Familiarity with or interest in learning platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and other ecommerce or project management tools

Curious, proactive, and willing to jump in wherever support is needed.

Pay Transparency:
REEF Lifestyle LLC complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding pay transparency. For positions located in California, the hourly range for this role is $20.00.
